Shipping destinations
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France and Germany.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, to all destinations listed above. No minimum order value applies.
All prices are shown and charged in Australian dollars (AUD).

Delivery time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM (US Eastern Time), on weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
Total estimated delivery time is 9 to 17 business days from the date of your order, for all destinations.

Duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside Australia, import duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country's rules. Where applicable, these are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Lost, damaged or delayed parcels
If your parcel is lost, arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
